Why Turning 30 is great!

These 4 make me feel like I definitely deserve to be 30- I've earned it. I mean sheesh, I've got 4 kids. I SHOULD be 30.

Knowing the next 30+++and forever will be spent with this man means getting older is just more time spent together.

Looking at the things I've accomplished in the past gives me hope to progress in the future. Kelby planted me a tree for my birthday (along with getting me a nice gift, and watching the family while I go see my sister in Portland for 4 days). Now I can watch my tree and remember my great 30th Bday and compare the person I am now with the person I have become. Hopefully my tree and I both withstand the storms ahead with grace and strength growing together, but not in the same way because I'm pretty sure my height will decrease with age (isn't that how it works?). THANKS Kelbs- xoxox

Oh I love you, Happy Birthday. 30, we made it! I couldn't be happier to see 30 knowing we are still cheering each other along in life, think how far we've come. You are a dear dear friend to me, and I admire you so much. You already do posses the qualities you speak of, but I agree being 30 just feels right for where we are. I'm glad you have all four of those littles to keep you spunky and Kelby who treats you so great! A tree, what a great meaningful and fun to watch grow gift. It also says a lot about where you are in life, that you know that tree will be with you for the long haul. Love you much!

Hear! Hear! To all the above mentioned! I love the tree idea. Way to go Kelby!!

30 is pretty big, but what you've accomplished is even bigger. (man, that should be in a Hallmark card. ;0)

Happy Birthday!

Happy 30th!

I love trees for birthdays. For my last three birthdays, I've asked for a tree. We've gone to the nursery as a family to pick out the tree, and then Ryan plants it for me.

And yes, four kids by your 30th is quite the accomplishment... congrats!
